Join The Dance Foundation and Forge to learn how ballet can maximize quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis. In this 5-week series, participants will meet each Wednesday in a real dance studio and be taught by a real dance instructor about the basics of ballet and how those movements can improve your posture and how you feel in your body after breast cancer.
Forge and AIM hope to bring arts to breast cancer patients and their loved ones on a consistent basis to improve quality of life. Please join us in-person or virtually and see what AIM has to offer you!
