Join The Dance Foundation and Forge to learn how ballet can maximize quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis. In this 5-week series, participants will meet each Wednesday in a real dance studio and be taught by a real dance instructor about the basics of ballet and how those movements can improve your posture and how you feel in your body after breast cancer.
Join us for refreshments and engaging lessons from professionals on beauty, skin, hair and nail care. We will entertain questions and engage in raffles as well as small hands-on activities in between demonstrations.
