All are welcome to join this monthly support group at Ascension St. Vincent's. This group meets on the 3rd Monday of the month from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Bruno Conference Center.

Join the Dance Foundation and Forge to learn how ballet can maximize quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis. In this 4-week series, participants will meet each Friday in a real dance studio and be taught by a real dance instructor about the basics of ballet and how those movements can improve your posture and how you feel in your body after breast cancer.
