In this 5-week series, participants will meet each Wednesday in a real dance studio and be taught by a real dance instructor about the basics of ballet and how those movements can improve your posture and how you feel in your body after breast cancer.

Forge's Co-Survivor Support Group is a safe space for those who have loved ones impacted by breast cancer to connect and get support from peers as they navigate the difficult challenges of support and loving someone with a breast cancer diagnosis before, during, and after treatment.
