Yoga isn’t about bending yourself into a pretzel! Instead, yoga is combining movement and breath to center ourselves and feel more at peace within our daily lives. Allowing our breath to guide movements in sync with our inhales and exhales tells our bodies that we can relax and reset. Yoga can help us improve strength and range of motion as well as combat fatigue and reduce stress. During each session, Ashley will check in with participants and lead the class based on what we are experiencing in our lives and needing most in that moment.
