Join the Dance Foundation and Forge to learn how ballet can maximize quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis. In this 5-week series, participants will meet each Wednesday in a real dance studio and be taught by a real dance instructor about the basics of ballet and how those movements can improve your posture and how you feel in your body after breast cancer.
Join Forge in collaboration with the Junior League of Birmingham for an in-person celebration of Spring with wreath making. From 6pm-8pm we will have music, light refreshments, and community gathered around for Spring wreath making!
Forge is proud to partner with Team Whip in east Alabama for Saturday Speaks. This walk, coffee and conversation will meet in Downtown West Point, Ga. park at 8:30 a.m.
