Join The Dance Foundation and Forge to learn how ballet can maximize quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis. In this 5-week series, participants will meet each Wednesday in a real dance studio and be taught by a real dance instructor about the basics of ballet and how those movements can improve your posture and how you feel in your body after breast cancer.
This group provides education and support for those living with breast cancer and the significant people in their lives. Participants are encouraged to attend at any point in the diagnosis and treatment journey. All are welcome to join this monthly support group at Ascension St. Vincent's. This group meets on the 3rd Monday of the month from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Bruno Conference Center.
