Hosted by Forge Breast Cancer Survivor Center and Alabama Cooperative Extension System, Forge's gardening classes are for anyone who has ever been diagnosed with breast cancer, as well as their loved ones and the healthcare professionals that serve them.

Wednesday's March 8th Coffee Conversation features Sara Mansfield, MS, NBC-HWC. Sara provides clinically supervised exercise and movement-based programs to individuals who are challenged with chronic illness, with a special focus on cancer rehabilitation and survivorship.

Project Access can help you gain access to medical care in the area, to make sure you're in good health and prepare you for the unexpected. This workshop will be led in Spanish by Yoselin Linares from Project Access.
