Surviving Well will meet in-person weekly on Wednesdays from 10am-12pm at Lakeshore Foundation from February 14th through March 13th (a 5-week series). Participants are encouraged to attend all 5 sessions. Those who complete all 5 sessions will take home wellness goodies to implement what they learn at home. No previous experience with cooking or Pilates is required to participate. These are the session dates for the series:

  • Wednesday, February 14th
  • Wednesday, February 21st
  • Wednesday, February 28th
  • Wednesday, March 6th
  • Wednesday, March 13th

This series is open to anyone who is or has been treated for cancer at Ascension St. Vincent’s, participated in an Ascension St. Vincent’s cancer support group, attended Camp Bluebird, or is part of Forge’s breast cancer community – priority given to those who have not participated in a Surviving Well series previously. Class size is limited to 20 participants so register today if you’d like to attend.
