Coffee Conversations: Anxiety after Breast Cancer

Forge Breast Cancer Survivor Center hosts a virtual “Coffee Conversation” on select mornings that features a 30-minute interview with a survivor, co-survivor, or medical professional on a topic, followed by a time for conversation with participants.

Wednesday’s December 13th Coffee Conversation features Alexandra Lamb, LMFT. Alexandra Lamb is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Alabama, and her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University, in Nashville, TN. Alexandra is currently a clinician at Oasis Counseling for Women and Children. Alexandra’s areas of special clinical interest include children, adolescents, young adults, and couples.

She has experience working with individuals of all ages walking through issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, attachment, attention-deficit, anger, and adjustment. She practices an evidence-based approach to therapy that includes play therapy, Bowen’s family systems, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.Please join our Coffee Conversation discussing anxiety after breast cancer with Alexandra!
