Coffee Conversation: Alecia’s Story

Our first Coffee Conversation features Alecia Adams. Alecia is a recent Alabama transplant who moved to the Birmingham area from Colorado in December 2019 to be closer to family. After a suspicious routine mammogram in August 2020 and a series of subsequent diagnostics, she was diagnosed with Stage IIB, ER+/PR+, HER2- breast cancer at the age of 45.
