Forge Breast Cancer Survivor Center hosts a virtual “Coffee Conversation” on select mornings that features a 30-minute interview with a survivor, co-survivor, or medical professional on a topic, followed by a time for conversation with participants.
Wednesday’s October 11th Coffee Conversation features Michael Littleton, MD. Dr. Littleton attended medical school and completed his general surgery residency in Birmingham at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He performs a wide range of procedures to treat a variety of health problems. Many surgeries are performed with minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Unlike open surgery, which requires a long incision, minimally invasive procedures are performed through one or more short incisions. For most patients, this leads to less pain, a shorter hospital stay, faster recovery and, in some cases, a better overall outcome
Please join our Coffee Conversation discussing CT Scans and breast cancer with Dr. Littleton!
If you are able to donate any amount to contribute to Forge’s continued efforts to support our local breast cancer community, we greatly appreciate it. Donations can be made on the Forge website: https://forgeon.org/donate
