An event every 2 weeks that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until April 26, 2022
Gentle flow yoga focuses on aligning slow movement with the breath. We’ll use poses to focus on how our bodies feel and to help us relax in the present moment and reduce stress. No previous experience is needed – all are welcome! This can be done on the floor, with props and mats, or in a chair.
