
Jennifer Caraway serves as the Mississippi Hardship Coordinator for Forge. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science at Florida State University and her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She has worked in both the legal world and the nonprofit sectors, most notably at the YWCA of Central Alabama for 15 years. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Birmingham Volunteer Lawyer Program and One Place Metro Alabama Family Justice Center, the Alabama Coalition Against Domestic Violence. As the Mississippi Hardship Coordinator, Jennifer works with breast cancer patients in active treatment to assist with financial assistance with essential bills so our clients can afford to focus on healing rather than rent.

Kristi Jeter is a registered nurse and a client services coordinator for Forge Breast Cancer Survivor Center. She earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Auburn University. She has worked in the health care for more than 34 years with a primary focus in women’s health. She is especially interested in supporting women as they navigate through their breast cancer journey. As a client services coordinator, Kristi works with our clients to provide individualized support, survivorship plans and connects patients, survivors and caregivers with appropriate resources.
