Join The Dance Foundation and Forge to learn how ballet can maximize quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis. In this 5-week series, participants will meet each Wednesday in a real dance studio and be taught by a real dance instructor about the basics of ballet and how those movements can improve your posture and how you feel in your body after breast cancer.
Our Metastatic Breast Cancer Support Group is a safe place for women with stage 4 breast cancer to talk, gain community, and support from others walking the same journey.

This support group is open to anyone who's ever received a breast cancer diagnosis. Meets on the Thursday of the month at 2 p.m. via Zoom.

October 23rd's Coffee Conversation on stage IV breast cancer features Dr. Gabrielle Rocque.

This support group is open to anyone who's ever received a breast cancer diagnosis. Meets on the Thursday of the month at 2 p.m. via Zoom.

Haute Pink is the marque fundraiser for Forge Breast Cancer Survivor Center. Ten designers are paired with one of our special models to create a custom outfit for the fashion show. On Thursday, October 17 at the Red Mountain Theatre Arts Campus, the models will walk the runway and then share the stage with their designer.
Join us at the Riverchase Galleria for a breast cancer survivors' brunch and zumba lesson! Zumba will be in the food court and the survivors' brunch area will be a special storefront space in the food court area.
Heeling Cancer is putting heels to ground while kicking cancer to the curb. Cancer survivors hike alongside doctors and care providers. Heeling Cancer will meet at the Dunnavant Valley Trail on Oct. 19th at 1 p.m.

This special painting event hosted by the Shelby County Arts Council is designed exclusively for breast cancer survivors, those currently undergoing treatment and their caretakers. This free event, called "Spread Your Wings," will take place on Thurs., Oct. 24 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Shelby Arts Council, located at 105 West Mildred Street, Columbiana, AL 35051.
