Morning pages is a practice based on Julia Cameron’s book, The Artist’s Way. This practice asks you to commit to writing three pages in a journal every morning. Your journaling can be stream of consciousness, to-do lists, and rambling; it does not need to be about anything specific! The point is that you are writing consistently. The practice of journaling expresses emotions, reveals intentions, and teaches us about ourselves along the way.
All you need to participate in this event is a journal and a pen!
